• Manage, plan, schedule, monitor and assess IT services and products to ensure completion of related tasks on time and meet business objectives
• Manage, assist and provide technical advices to the technical team and helping them analyze, design and customize the products
• Co-ordinate and liaison with third party vendors in project implementation and ensure their deliveries on time
• Lead and assist the team in participation with vendors and clients
• Create and revise IT operation procedures to support / enhance the IT operation services
• Advice management on new application development / enhancement that benefits company’s business

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in application development in banking and finance Industry
• Good understanding of interbank transaction and payment system applications especially with   EDC and credit card applications
• Familiar with UNIX and RDBMS, ISO, ebXML, JAVA, TCP/IP standards
• Experience in managing system analysts and programmers
• Self-motivated, able to work independent and to work under pressure
• Discipline, Analytical with problem solving skills and result oriented
• Mature, patience, good interpersonal, and service minded
• Good communication skills in English
