• Provide marketing and product development information through research, local product knowledge, and competitive intelligence in payment market.
• Understand market needs. Create and design research studies based on needed information.
• Conduct research and focus groups. Analyze data. Develop reports and presentations as needed.
• Gather requirements and review requests for enhancements from different department.
• Monitor and report on performance of existing products versus needs for feedback to
• Write functional specifications that can be used to develop technical specification by development team.
• Conduct UAT of functionalities before release.
• Contribute and maintain user guides.
• Able to work across organization

 Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in business or computer related faculty.
• Good judgment and ability to understand industry trend and needs.
• High degree of initiative and creativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of payment industry is a plus.
• Experience in writing use cases and functional specification.
• Experience in doing market research and focus group studies.
