Project Management Officer (1 Position )
Job Description
Provide an efficient administrative service to the Application Project Team. This includes:

Prepare and compile PMO materials and status reports

Writing of Minutes for Meeting and invitation letters
-
Compile deliverables and verify man-days according to project phrases
-
Document and letter translation from Thai to English and vice versa
-
Overall responsible for the project library management, document controls, administration and area upkeep
-
Support the project team in project administrative activities and coordination between company and vendor and/or authorities
-
Ad Hoc administrative tasks for projects (research and preparation of documents)
-
Any other tasks assigned by Project Leaders and Project Manager
Qualification
-
Posses 2-3 years’ experience in project administrative
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
-
Highly motivated & independent
-
A team player who is organized, responsive, committed and able to work under pressure
-
Good verbal and writing communication skill English
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
-
Knowledge of IT or Banking business would be an advantage
