Legal Counselor

•  Draft, review, and recommend legal documents and agreements in Thai and English
• Advise management on legal aspects of company’s business
• Provide legal advice, participate in contract negotiations and meetings concerning legal matters
• Monitor changes in related regulation/laws, especially banking, ecommerce, etc., and advice management to comply with such changes
• Hire and work with external legal counselors on important legal matters
• Review internal policies and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Resolve dispute, lawsuit, and arbitration made for, or against the company

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• Good knowledge of company law, contract law and commercial law
• Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate legal advisory work
• Knowledge of banking business would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work independent and to work under pressure
• Excellent negotiation skills Mature, good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of English
• Computer skills in MS office suite
