Human Resource Management

รายละเอียดงาน

 

Job Purpose: 

Responsible for planning, developing, and controlling talent management and organization development plan, direction, and strategy including performance management, career management, succession management, workforce planning, organization design, communication and change management assuring frameworks, tools, and activities align with Group HR strategy and support business directions

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Management

  • Drive talent management strategy and oversee the implementation to ensure they are executed as planned across the organization
  • Participate in developing learning and development plan and budget for the organization
  • Review the development of talent management philosophy, framework, and objectives including performance management, career management, succession management, and etc.
  • Provide solutions and strategic advice to business leaders in relation to talent management to support business and HR decisions

 

Organization Development and Workforce Planning

  • Participate in developing manpower planning framework/scenarios and designing headcount budget plan based on business requirements
  • Oversee the hiring strategy for group entity and executives at BU levels to ensure alignment with manpower planning and organization design framework
  • Oversee group organization structure, analyze the effectiveness, and initiate or recommend changes required based on business changes
  • Provide solutions and strategic advice to business leaders in relation to workforce trends, HR analytics, findings, and trends to support business and HR decisions

 

Communication and Change Management

  • Develop HR communication and change management framework, and strategy
  • Oversee and provide guidance on communication plan for HR-related issue to ensure change management is executed as planned
  • Oversee employer branding strategy and execution

 

HR Strategy and Policy

  • Be a member of Company Management Committees to provide strategic inputs and make decisions on key HR-related policies or issues
  • Collaborate with BU HR Heads and business leaders to design and implement talent management, organization development, and communication and change management solutions effectively
  • Oversee system design, change, and maintenance of talent management, organization development, and communication and change management processes for the organization

 

Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business, or related fields
  • At least 10 years in human resources function with at least 7 years in managerial level
